VANESSA TUGENDHAFT JOAILLERIE jewels are guaranteed for a period of 8 months from date of purchase. During this period we take charge of entire free repairs – within the limits of a normal use of the products. If we find that the product was damaged in an abusive manner, we may charge you an additional cost. Beyond 8 months, the repairs are paid. Be sure to keep your warranty (dated and signed) because it must be attached with your jewels when you send for repair

Can I exchange or return my jewel purchased on the site VANESSA TUGENDHAFT JOAILLERIE?

You have a legal deadline of seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of your order to indicate your intention to return one or more items for an exchange or refund. For that, thanks to contact our Customer Service by phone at 0033 1 45 53 29 54 from Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 7p.m or by e-mail to contact@vanessa-tugendhaft.com. We will give you the address and how to take back for an exchange or refund.
Products must be returned in absolutely perfect condition (it means not being worn) in their original packaging, with a copy of the e-mail order confirmation containing the details of your invoice or the copy of the delivery receipt joined with the product(s), at the address given by our Customer Service when you contacted him. In both case (exchange or refund), transportation costs incurred by the return of products are refunded only if the return is justified by the non-conformity of products delivered (reference error, damaged goods, etc..). For France, we advise you to return your product via the French postal service Colissimo with insurance. For abroad, we advise you to use the same kind of service offered locally.

How can I do if I want to change the size of my jewel? Change the color of my bracelet thread?

Change a Size
We can change the size of our necklaces, bracelets and rings on request by phone before making your purchase. Concerning applications for change a size occurring after your purchase, we ask you to send your request to our After-sale Service in a period of one month from the date of your purchase for a free size change. Beyond this period, all the change will be paid. Please note that transport charges to return the product are at your expense.

Advices to properly calculate your size
Necklaces and bracelets: turn the product completely flat in a straight line and measure the total length of thread or chain from one end to the other.
Rings: ask one size up as your usual ring size.
Change thread color
At any time, you can change the thread color of your bracelet. To do so please contact us by phone at 0033 1 45 53 29 54 or e-mail to contact@vanessa-tugendhaft.com. The thread change will be charged 20euros.
Do Vanessa Tugendhaft Joaillerie jewels stand up to an everyday use?
Yes, all our jewels are so fine that they are like a second skin and they could never be removed. Our jewels are specially designed to withstand everyday use and you can wear them all under water, even for jewels on thread. The thread used is made of polyamide nylon and silk, a material that offers maximum resistance to stretching and time. However, we discourage any contact with abrasives and chemicals products that could damage your jewels.

 How to track the confirmation and the delivery of my order?

When your order is paid and the payment is validated, we send you a confirmation e-mail indicating in particular that we have noticed and that your order will be processed within 2 working days. In parallel, you will receive an email confirmation from BNP Parisbas for payment by credit card or Paypal confirming that the payment is accepted. Within 2 working days of after confirmation of your order you will receive an e-mail with the delivery time for ordered products and the tracking number.
